J. Clark is a Los Angeles–based mixer, mastering engineer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist working across stereo, Dolby Atmos, and immersive formats. His work includes Paramore, Run The Jewels, Marc Anthony, Camilo, Omar Apollo, Tyler Childers, and more.

Before moving into mixing and immersive audio, J spent years playing and touring in bands including Pretty Girls Make Graves, Killsadie, Jaguar Love, and Sharks Keep Moving. After relocating to Los Angeles in 2010, he began composing for film and advertising, later expanding into post-production, re-recording mixing, sound design, and dialogue editing.

That background informs an approach that is both musical and technical. Working out of Shinebox Studios, a purpose-built 24-speaker room developed with PMC, Dolby, and Sony, J brings depth, and dimension to records in stereo and immersive formats.
